  • Simply browse through our selection of boxes and select one that best suits your cravings.

    Add on feminine hygiene products as needed or choose none for a snacky treat every month.

    Under “Flow” type in how many of each flow you would like to suit your exact preferences. For example, “10 x Super and 10 x Regular”. Or “All Regular”.

    Select checkout and add in your shipping and billing addresses (These are usually the same) and select a payment option.

    Once we have received payment we will put your box together and deliver it directly to you.

  • Our boxes are delivered 3-5 working days after payment clears.

    Your next month’s box will be delivered within a 5 day difference of the previous month’s delivery date.

  • We deliver all over South Africa. Our shipping costs R50 for national delivery and we have free shipping to Gauteng main city centres.

    Note: Our couriers do require signature on delivery and we therefore cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags.

  • Yes, we are not a contract service and you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

    We unfortunately cannot refund you after a payment has gone off from your account, but you will still receive your last box for that payment.

    To change your subscription, simply cancel your subscription under the “My Account” page, choose a new box and preferences, and click “Sign Up Now”.

    It’s best to only do this 3 – 5 days before your subscription date.

    For example if your box is due for the 25th of the month, please make any changes to your address or the box selection on the 20th of the month you want to change.

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard (Credit and Cheque cards only) through our payment gateway PayFast, which is a very reputable and secure payment gateway in South Africa.

    We also accept EFT, the banking details of which are shown when the order is placed, as well as emailed to you with your order confirmation.

    Please note that EFT payments may take an extra day or two to clear and we will only package and deliver your box after the payment has cleared into our account. Please allow an extra 2 days delivery time for this.

  • Perhaps you’ve moved jobs, or houses. You can edit your address on the “My Account” page, and we will send it to the most recently updated address that you have saved on your account.

    Please remember to change your address back if you are going to be at a different location for just one month. We unfortunately cannot “re-deliver” to an address that has not been updated and this may incur extra costs.

  • Our boxes contain a range of either chocolates, sweets, savoury items or a combination of the above depending on your choices.

    You can then add on 20 tampons as well as extra’s should you need them.

    Each box’s contents change every month. It’s like a birthday surprise every time you open one!

    Please note that our subscription boxes are much better value for money.

  • Don’t worry, if you need a box sooner than your subscription date, you can head over to “My Account”, under “My Subscription” you can click on “Renew Now” to activate your order sooner than your subscription date.

    This will update your delivery to a new date to always make sure the box arrives within time!
